Captain William Mitchell:
The founder of Operation Lightspeed and
the Auqabase of which the company is stationed. Captain mitchell has 2 children, Dana and Ryan, and makes a wonderful mentor
to the rangers. It is revealed that Captain Mitchell was once a firefighter, and his wife apparently died before the accident
in which Ryan was taken.
Captain Mitchell was devastated when the Aqua Base was destroyed,
but near the end, he realized he was far from finished with Operation Lightspeed...
Ms. Angela Fairweather:
Ms. Fairweather is the technical expert at the aquabase. She creates
all the rangers technology, such as the zords, weapons, and even designed the morphers.
