Thought to be the power weapon of the Phantom Ranger, the Turbine Laser is actually a large blaster located atop Storm blaster. It sometimes is absent, and in this case, the rangers would call on it, causing it to streak through the air towards them. The Turbine Laser could then transform into a large cannon, which the rangers used to decimate opponents. Presumably, it could dock atop the RAM, sans the Turbo Weapons of course.
